LoLalytics ranks Poppy players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% Poppy win rate with at least 50 Poppy games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, Poppy win rate and number of Poppy games played weighted in that same order of priority.
