LoLalytics ranks Λούσιαν players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% Λούσιαν win rate with at least 50 Λούσιαν games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, Λούσιαν win rate and number of Λούσιαν games played weighted in that same order of priority.
