LoLalytics ranks Κάρθους players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% Κάρθους win rate with at least 50 Κάρθους games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, Κάρθους win rate and number of Κάρθους games played weighted in that same order of priority.
