LoLalytics ranks Karthus players by looking at all players ranked Diamond IV and above, greater than 50% Karthus win rate with at least 50 Karthus games in the last 90 days. All players are ranked relative to each other according to their solo queue rank, Karthus win rate and number of Karthus games played weighted in that same order of priority.
